The 380V four-in-one handheld laser welding machine is a multi-functional fiber laser equipment with industrial three-phase power supply, water-cooled cooling system, and is a mainstream power option of 2000W/3000W. It only supports 380V three-phase industrial power supply in factories. It is equipped with an internal constant-temperature circulating water cooling system. This machine integrates four functions: laser welding, metal cutting, laser rust and paint removal, and weld seam polishing and cleaning. It is a fixed-position industrial model, focusing on long-term full-load continuous production and suitable for batch processing of medium-thick plates.
Equipped with an automatic wire feeder, it supports swing welding, fish-scale welding, and filler wire repair. The 3000W model can achieve a stable welding thickness of 5–8mm for stainless steel, and can process carbon steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized sheet, titanium alloy, and copper materials. The weld seam has a large molten depth, is firm and free from voids, and has a much smaller thermal deformation than argon arc welding. The welding efficiency is 3–6 times that of traditional welding.
Change the cutting nozzle and switch modes with one click. It can be assisted by oxygen/nitrogen for cutting. The 3000W carbon steel can be cut to a maximum of 6mm, and stainless steel to 4mm. The cutting edge is smooth without burrs and does not require grinding.
Non-contact removal of rust, oxide scale, oil stains, old paint, and coatings. No consumables, no damage to the base material. Suitable for batch workpiece pre-treatment and equipment refurbishment.

The 2000W/3000W high-power models must be driven by 380V power supply. The power supply is sufficient, the power is not overstated, and there is no attenuation during long-term operation; it can be matched with industrial generators, and is highly compatible with large factories and steel structure workshops.
The entire machine integrates a dual-temperature dual-control water-cooling circulation system. The cooling efficiency is much higher than that of 220V air-cooled models. There is no overheating shutdown limit, and it can operate at full load continuously for welding, cleaning, and cutting throughout the day. It is suitable for assembly lines and large-scale processing.
The air-cooled 220V model has a limit of 3mm thin plates; the 380V water-cooled 3000W can stably weld 5–8mm medium-thick metals, and has obvious advantages in steel structure, heavy sheet metal, and thick pipe welding.
